TitheTrade Systems, LLC ("TitheTrade," "we," "us") publishes crypto trading education, tools, and a stewardship module through tithetrade.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We keep collection minimal by design:
Usage data. Standard log and analytics data — pages viewed, referring site, device/browser type, approximate location (city-level), and time spent — collected automatically via analytics tools and cookies.
Account data. If you create a TitheTrade Desk account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plaintext. Your trading journal entries, stewardship data, and discipline grades are stored in our database and associated with your account.
Voluntarily provided information. If you sign up for the free guide or join our email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you provide in that communication.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other raw payment credentials — Stripe handles those. We receive a confirmation token and the last four digits of your card for receipt purposes.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (analytics pixels, local storage) to remember basic preferences, understand aggregate traffic patterns, and maintain your login session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect login and some site functionality but will not prevent you from reading public content.
To understand which content and tools are useful and improve the Site; to send occasional updates if you've opted into an email list; to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues; to maintain your account and saved data; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
If you use the TitheTrade Desk, your trade journal entries, stewardship checklists, Bible reading progress, and tithe calculations are stored in our database. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users. We use it only to provide the tools you signed up for. We do not analyze your personal trading data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
The Site links to third-party services, including affiliate partners (wallet providers, charting tools, trading platforms). Clicking these links takes you off tithetrade.com and subjects you to that provider's own privacy practices, which we don't control. See our Affiliate Disclosure below.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information collected, including hashed passwords, auth-gated API endpoints, rate limiting, and security headers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Depending on where you live (e.g. under the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any email communications via the unsubscribe link in those emails. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

The tools (calculator, journal, heat gauge, stewardship module) compute results based on your inputs — they do not recommend trades, predict outcomes, or guarantee returns. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative; you could lose some or all of your invested capital. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not: use automated tools to extract content beyond normal browsing; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, API endpoints, or any connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including introducing malware or overloading it with traffic); impersonate TitheTrade or any other person; share your account credentials with others; or use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the TitheTrade name and candlestick mark, guide PDFs, charts, tools, and original written analysis — is owned by TitheTrade Systems, LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and share our free guide and public content for personal, non-commercial use, and may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the Site. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, logos, and platform names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and commentary.
The Site, our guide, our tools, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site or its content will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Tool outputs (position sizing, tithe calculations, heat gauge readings) are computed from your inputs and market data that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You use the Site and act on any information in it entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitheTrade Systems, LLC and its owners, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of the Site, our guide, our tools, or any third-party resource we link to.
You agree to indemnify and hold TitheTrade Systems, LLC harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable local law. TitheTrade Systems, LLC is a Texas limited liability company (or, if not yet formed, will be organized under the laws of the State of Texas).
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. After the 14-day window, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The founding member rate ($15/month or $150/year) is locked for the life of your active subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the founding rate is not guaranteed to still be available. Refund eligibility for founding members follows the same 14-day policy above.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every billing issue faster than the dispute process. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.
